The Customer has the right to refuse the Contractor's services, with payment for the work and services actually provided. In this case, the Contractor is obliged to return funds to the Customer, in an amount determined as the difference between the total cost of services actually paid by the Customer and the cost of the services actually provided, including the amount necessary to cover the expenses that accompanied the project implementation (administrative, infrastructure, tax, and banking expenses), which is equivalent to 11.5% of the total cost of services.
